Prosper with Kindness

Ananda Goldstein-Damerla M.Ed., Ph.D(c) began her studies in Personal Transformation, Mind-Repatterning and East-West Psychology in her teens at Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado after a series of profound and spontaneous experiences of Awakening.  For the last 20 years she has taught and coached hundreds of participants worldwide on topics related to creating lives on Spiritual Purpose that felt good to their Hearts and allowed for Material Balance and Prosperity. She has led workshops at international Yoga Conferences, Ashrams and Mind-Body Expos.  She even taught the Philosophy of Yoga on the ground floor of a women's dorm at Guilford College, in Greensboro, North Carolina. Additionally, she has done interdisciplinary academic, spiritually infused research for two well published authors in the Yoga field and created multi-cultural and character forming curriculum for North Carolina Public schools, by showing the children how much we all have in common even when we look and speak differently; she  introduced inspiring role models like Gandhi and Mother  Theresa into the elementary classroom  and encouraged personal responsibility and empowered rule making by the later elementary school students.

She first started creating 'Rejuvenation Circles' soon after Katrina in New Orleans. Facing her own burnout with her husband in Medical Training, a 2 year old son and a city in ruins- she created a program which synthesized her skills, talents and passions to help those who came to rebuild the city (including herself) to create a nourishing community of respite and to gain the tools they needed to create a life that they truly felt good about.

Her favorite tools come from Rogerian Empathy, Marshall Rosenbergs  Non-Violent Communication, Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, Sufi and Quaker contemplation on the Heart, Yogis Bhajan's Happy, Healthy and Holy Women's teachings, Gail Straub and David Gershon's Empowerment, Krishna's Bhagavad Gita and the Law of Attraction.  In most cases, she has been trained and certifed to teach these modalities by their founders or an authorized lineage holder-who has very close connections with the innovator.

Her Ph.D work involved Educational Leadership in the rhelm of making public schools more heart centered and for that work she was invited to the Dean's list.  She has been certified in Empowerment Life Coaching; Yoga (500 Hours in Kundalini Prenatal and Children's, Dharma Mittras Raja/ Hatha Yoga, Shiva Rea's Trance Dance), Bhakti Sastri (A Hindu Seminary Degree), Hypnotherapy and most recently attended an 8 day retreat training with Marshal and Valentina Rosenberg in Non-Violent Communication.

She is happily married to an aspiring Hospice Physician and has one beautiful little son.
